The seller has terrific, hard to find models. I am extremely pleased with the prices, shipping, and their support. My packages took a little long to show up and their support was very attentive and provided me with updates. They also continued to follow up to verify it had arrived. I WILL be ordering again!

Excellent retailer. Extremely rare model kit found. Instructions were missing; but retailer obtained digital copies and included paper printout! I was offered cancellation choice; but this was a no brained. Postage to UK from Japan was free. Delivery was exceptionally quick with zero issues. I was kept informed every step of the way. Highly recommended

It was great to find a model that I was looking for that is no longer in production. I couldn't find it anywhere in my country. I thought buying from overseas (Japan) might prove difficult but it was super easy. Communication was good and my model arrived promptly and very well packaged. I look forward to shopping at Plastic Model Republic again.
