Excellent retailer. Extremely rare model kit found. Instructions were missing; but retailer obtained digital copies and included paper printout! I was offered cancellation choice; but this was a no brained. Postage to UK from Japan was free. Delivery was exceptionally quick with zero issues. I was kept informed every step of the way. It was great to find a model that I was looking for that is no longer in production. I couldn't find it anywhere in my country.
