MACROSS Frontier is an original anime series that has been broadcast from 2008 as part of the Macross Series.
MACROSS Frontier is a 25th anniversary commemorative work for Macross, and of course it features the basic elements of the past 'Macross', such as the 'Mecha' centered on the unique combat aircraft 'Valkyrie' of the work, the 'dramatic triangle relationship' between the protagonist pilot and the two heroines, and the 'song' that is the theme of the Series and an important element of the story.

I think MACROSS Frontier probably became super popular because of three elements. One is the combat scenes where cool robots perform in the space environment. The second is the dramatic developments that depict the love story of the protagonist, a male pilot, and the two heroines. And the third is the songs sung by the two heroines were super attractive!

I think the anime was so impressive that even now the Plastic Models of the two heroines and the fighter 'Valkyrie' that the protagonist, a boy pilot, rode are still loved! It's been 15 years already, but it's such a good work that I want to look back on it from time to time, and I want to listen to the songs over and over again!
