I am supremely satisfied!: I ordered a Tamiya Ford Focus WRC, a very difficult-to-find kit. It was listed as used but it arrived in great condition, bubble wrapped, with the box pristine and all the sprues accounted for. Because it was shipping from Japan, it was expected to take three weeks. It arrived in less than a week, even during the New Year holiday.
