    I checked Scale Mates and they show that this kit was released by Cyber Hobby, #7064, bar code #0089195870643. It was rereleased in Aug. 2021.

    The supplier says this kit comes with all parts, instruction book, and decals. (Parts and decals may have some damage due to age.) Please check the photos.
