However, less than 10 years after its discovery, this object went out of control, causing an aggressive self-replicating system (Apocalypse) to appear.
After three months of offense and defense against this unknown ecosystem, humanity was forced to abandon Earth, and this year was etched into the records as the first year of A.A. (After Apocalypse).
The stage of the story is A.A. 45, where the protagonist boy “Azumi Rei” wakes up on the lunar surface.
Azumi Rei is a war orphan who lost his parents due to an Apocalypse attack, becoming the exclusive pilot of “Gundam ZERO”. 100 years before the world of the game, what on earth happened, and why was Gundam born? A story approaching its origin.
There must be many people who wonder, “What is Apocalypse?”.
According to official explanations, it is a silicon life form that separated and multiplied from an interstellar-navigable object that flew in from outside the Solar System. The rough story seems to be drawn with this Apocalypse repeatedly attacking humanity, and the existence that fights against it being Gundam...!
