[ChoiPla] A limited pack featuring a 5-unit set of Scopedog & Turbo Custom is here! The ChoiPla series from Armored Trooper Votoms makes its new debut!

The moment you pick it up, you feel the strange persuasiveness of the catchphrase “Cute enough to make you choke (museru).” While the standard Scopedog is loved for its rugged and realistic military feel, this item condenses that charm into a form so charming it almost makes you laugh. Yet, because the details remain sharp, it strikes an exquisite balance for those “in the know,” going far beyond simple deformation.
The greatest appeal of this set lies in the fact that you get the Sansa Battle version Turbo Customs for Chirico, Gregor, Baiman, Muza, and even Lehman all at once. When you line them up while imagining the personality and background of each unit, it transcends being a mere model; it feels as if a single battlefield scene has been recreated on your desk. It’s an irresistible lineup for fans that satisfies both collectibility and narrative.
The assembly is a glue-free injection kit designed for casual enjoyment. However, it’s not overly simplistic; the color-coded parts and molding colors ensure a great look upon completion, successfully delivering both the joy of building and the satisfaction of display. The compact size of approximately 45mm is also a plus, allowing it to sit on a corner of your desk without being in the way while still maintaining a strong presence.
It’s impressive how much atmosphere is achieved through molding colors alone, with the green of the main body, the blue-green of the backpack and weapons, and the clear red accents. In particular, the clear red of Lehman's blade antenna and shoulder armor serves as an eye-catching focal point that pulls the whole look together. The level of completion that can be enjoyed without painting is a welcome feature for busy hobbyists.
The reason this set is called a “Limited Pack” goes beyond just the contents. The box art, featuring a new illustration by Kunio Okawara, is so well-executed you'll want to display it on its own, and the set even includes a postcard of the same illustration. Additionally, special clear red molded parts are included, clearly differentiating it from the standard version. These aren't just mere extras; they provide real value as a collector's item.
The charm of this plastic model isn't just that it's “easy to enjoy because it's small,” but the surprise factor of “they went this far despite the size.” It’s a piece you can display, line up, and grin at. We highly recommend this to fans of the series and anyone looking for a slightly unique plastic model.
