Plastic Model Republic Kit Image Submission Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your images. By submitting an image, you agree to abide by these terms.

Copyright and Usage Rights
1. The copyright of the submitted image remains with the submitter (the person who took the photograph).
2. The submitter grants the site owner, Plastic Model Republic, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process the submitted image for the following purposes:
  
  • Publication on this website for introduction/showcase purposes.
  
  • Secondary Use of Images We may use and process submitted images (including cropping, resizing, and color adjustment) for promotional purposes free of charge.
  
  • Should any dispute arise with a third party regarding the content, the submitter shall resolve the issue at their own expense and responsibility.
3. The submitter guarantees that the submitted image and its content are original, and do not infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

5. Secondary Use of Images
  
  • We may use submitted images for promotional purposes (social media, advertisements, etc.) free of charge. By submitting, the contributor agrees not to exercise their moral rights (author's moral rights) against such use.
Restrictions and Prohibited Content
1. We reserve the right to decide whether or not to publish the submitted image based on our own judgment after review. Publication is not guaranteed.
2. The following content is strictly prohibited:
  
  • Content that violates public order and morals or local laws and regulations.
  
  • Content that defames or damages the credibility of any third party.
  
  • Content containing personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
  
  • Content irrelevant to the kit showcase or intended for unauthorized advertising/promotion.
  
  • Content with excessive sexual or violent expressions.
  
  • Works using counterfeit or pirated kits that infringe on intellectual property rights.
  
  • Scratch-built works using characters from other companies without permission, or any work with unclear rights ownership.
  
  • Modifications containing specific political or religious claims, or extreme/grotesque expressions.
  
  • Any other content deemed unsuitable for the purpose of this website.
Image Withdrawal and Management
1. Withdrawal Request from Submitter: If the submitter requests the removal (deletion) of a published image, we will promptly comply. We may ask for information used during the submission (e.g., nickname, email address) for verification purposes.
2. Site Management Action: We reserve the right to cease publication, delete, or edit any image without prior notice to the submitter if it is determined to violate the “Prohibited Content” section, or if it is deemed necessary for the operation of the site.
3. Published images may be removed from the site without notice at any time.
Disclaimer
1. Plastic Model Republic shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the contributor through the use of this service (including data loss or disputes with other users).
2. Contributors are responsible for maintaining their own backups of the submitted images.
3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.
