What is Kantai Collection?

Kantai Collection is a social game in Japan that started its service in 2013.
In the game, players take on the role of an “admiral” and fight to liberate the sea, which is dominated by a mysterious force, with characters called “Kanmusu”, who are personified as women from warships such as aircraft carriers, battleships, cruisers, destroyers, and submarines.
The appearance of the Kanmusu fighting alongside the player reflects the fittings of the ship that served as the model, and the more you know about the history of the actual ship that became the model, the more enjoyable it is.
