This time, we've got some pretty big news~! A completely new anime is set to air for the first time in 37 years! There's also an announcement that new plastic models will be released one after another, so if you love plastic models, you won't want to miss this news!

Yoroiden Samurai Troopers (Ronin Warriors) is, as the name suggests, the story of five boys clad in armor! These five boys, chosen by ‘Yoroi Gear,’ battle the demonic army led by the resurrected demon emperor Arago! Technically, it's not a robot anime, but the armored suits look robotic, and they've appeared in various Japanese robot games—so it definitely has a bit of a robot vibe!

There isn't much info available yet, but it's been officially announced that the anime airing in January 2026 will be a completely new series and a direct sequel! Since the animation will be produced by Sunrise Studio, known for titles like Gundam, we can probably expect some pretty dynamic battle scenes...... right!?
