Hello everyone. I'm Boss from Plastic Model Republic who loves cute things.
Eh......? This is the first time I've heard this...... I'm Saori from Plastic Model Republic.
Why!? What's wrong with liking cute things!
No, there's nothing wrong with that, I was just surprised by your sudden appeal.
So, in today's article, I want to introduce a very cute Plastic Model. It's a Plastic Model Series that appears in the anime I've been watching recently, so I'm looking forward to introducing it!

Oh! This is cute! I know HARO! Its round form is really cute, isn't it?
Exactly! It even occasionally appears in the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury that I'm currently watching, and it's really cute~!
●What is HARO?
HARO is a fictional robot that appears in the “Mobile Suit Gundam series”, and also serves as the mascot character of the Mobile Suit Gundam series.
It first appeared in the TV anime “Mobile Suit Gundam” broadcasted in 1979, and has often appeared in subsequent series as a pet of the protagonist or a robot they created (although the detailed settings differ). Depending on the work, it can speak, fly, and grow limbs, showing a fairly high degree of freedom.
There are various theories about the origin of the name (none of which are explicitly stated), but fans generally understand that it comes from the HAL (Hal) 9000 computer, an artificial intelligence that appeared in the movie “2001: A Space Odyssey”.
●Are there HAROs other than the standard round type!? The impact of HARO's plastic model lineup is amazing, not just cute!
The round body is cute, isn't it~! When I look at the plastic model lineup of HARO, I see some that are slightly different in parts and they're cute!

Well, HARO first appeared in 1979. There are many HAROs that Saori doesn't know about.
That's certainly true. I wonder what form you imagine when you hear HARO? Please, by all means, assemble the plastic model of the HARO you're curious about!

Well then, that's it for now! See you in the next article~! Bye for now!
