What is NIPAKO-chan?

NIPAKO-chan is a character that personifies nippers.
She is the moe personification of the so-called 'Ultimate Nipper' for Plastic Models, manufactured and sold by God Hand Inc. From her head ribbon and long twin-tails, one can vaguely sense her resemblance.
Her real name is “Celine P. Nippernu”, the first princess of the Kougu star. Not only regular Plastic Models, but also Plastic Models of NIPAKO-chan from FRAME ARMS GIRL have been released.
It's surprising that not only her own figures and Plastic Models are released, but also those from FRAME ARMS GIRL.
