What is Byakko (FRAME ARMS GIRL)?

Byakko is a somewhat special character among the many released in FRAME ARMS GIRL.
It was released in 2018 after the anime series ended, so it does not appear in the anime.
Incidentally, the design of Byakko, released at the same time in FRAME ARMS, was also handled by Shinkawa Youji-Sensei.
